Hello,

 

I am glad you are here, especially if you are here to learn and use the simple tool that I use to stop lust.  I believe it can work for others too.  One thing about this tool is it does not guarantee you will never lust again, but this tool is very effective.  One reason I am presenting it is because no one taught it to me, and I think that if I teach it to others, it might help them stop lusting sooner.  With that, here is the simple tool that I use to stop lusting:

 

 

 

First I think about Jesus's words in Matthew 5:27-28.  Those words are "You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."

 

Then I think about my answer to the question--When does looking lustfully happen?  My answer to that question is--Looking lustfully happens when I am ok with having feelings of marriage intimacy about a woman before marriage.

 

 

 

Now I am going to tell you what happened to me today, soon after I wrote out my answer to the question--When does looking lustfully happen.

I became curious about pictures of women on the internet not wearing very much, if anything, and I wanted to test myself.  I wanted to see without sinning, but the tool I wrote out, and I believe with God's help, stopped me from going to the internet again for those pictures or anything else I would've been curious about.  I said to myself that I think this feeling of curiosity about seeing those pictures on the internet is a feeling of marriage intimacy.  So, I put the phone down before I went searching again.

 

This day is September 1, 2025, and I have been thinking about creating this website for a long time.  I am wondering if I should word things differently than they are right now.  I am wondering if I should add more.  I want to add more, but I want to keep it simple too.  So, I think I am going to go to my website called stoppinglust.com, and I will post this information to possibly help someone stop lust today.  I do not have email set up for this site yet, but I will be setting that up so you can ask me any questions you have.  I prayed today for your victory in Jesus.
